After the separation of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, Amber Heard demands for restraining order and spousal support from the court. According to her, the cause of separation was domestic violence.
Now, there are lot of buzzes about the rejection of spousal support by Amber Heard. She wants restraint, not money, from Johnny Depp.
Our sources say money is “the lowest priority” in her legal war with Depp. As we reported, both sides have been in settlement discussions and our Amber sources say Johnny’s side has proposed a financial settlement spousal support totaling $50k a month for 8 months. After taxes, that comes to around a quarter of a million bucks.
Amber, wants her day in court next Friday in her attempt to win a permanent restraining order against Johnny. She feels like she needs protection and now believes she’s standing up for other domestic violence victims, especially when the criminal is rich and famous.
Amber Heard doesn’t want Johnny Depp or anyone else thinking her domestic violence allegation is a play for his money and she’s making that clear in court documents.
Amber’s lawyer just filed a declaration saying she’s withdrawing her request for temporary spousal support. The spousal support issue would have been handled during Friday’s restraining order hearing, but she’s now taken that off the table.
Amber says she only asked for it because she thought it was standard operating procedure in a divorce case. In the docs, she says it’s being “used against me to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence.”
