Louis Tomlinson has helped a homeless teenager on her way to global fame after hitting the Golden Buzzer when she gave audition on “America’s Got Talent“.

Jayna Brown 14, got the judges on their feet after she sang a powerful rendition of “Rise Up by Andra Day.

She was smiling and visibly shaking, when the One Direction star told her: “It’s not just one thing with you. It’s not just the voice, it’s not just the performance. It’s everything. It’s so infectious to watch your performance.”

Louis gave a cheeky smile and waited for a moment before hitting the Golden Buzzer, which means that Jayna automatically goes through to the live shows then he joined her on stage for a hug.

The Baltimore teen had previously told the cameras that she and her mother were struggling financially and did not have their own house.

Jayna’s mum was in the audience and Louis later told the judges that the situation reminded him of his own mother being excited for him after his auditions on The X Factor.

“I was taken back by the emotion especially seeing her mum, I could relate back to my mum getting all cheery, it was nice,” he said.

Louis also spoke to Mel about his experiences of becoming a dad in January.

“I’ve just had a baby boy, a son so that’s been taking up all my time. I mean I didn’t think I’d be having a son at this age but it’s been incredible,” he said.

“To be a young parent is super super exciting.”
