Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s “hearing” is supposed to be held on this Friday. But our for former star of “Alice in wonderland” seeks to postpone it and wants to settle everything with Amber on the table.
According to some sources connected to Johnny, Amber and Johnny will now discuss a mutual agreement in which both of them agree to stay clear of each other. In addition, they will settle all matters involving their divorce, including property settlement and spousal support.
They both want to end their war and settle everything related to their relationship, so Johnny’s lawyers are requesting the courtroom battle set for Friday to be postponed.
On Friday, June 17, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s “Hearing”restraining order hearing then is postponed, the Los Angeles County Court’s public information officer confirmed to “Us Weekly.”
The case will now be heard on August 2, 15 and 16. The continuance was requested only by Depp’s legal team, not Heard’s. Heard was set to testify against her estranged husband, claiming that he physically abused her throughout their relationship.
