As you all know by now, H&M has teamed up with Kenzo for its latest designer collaboration, launching in stores on 3 November.
And now the first ad campaign photos have been revealed giving us a little taste of things to come and they are very wild and spicy!
The three pictures feature a variety of artists and creative types and they will all be ambassadors for the campaign.
We’re loving Amy Sall’s look (above); she’s a student and an activist and she’s based in New York. She’s posing with Juliana Huxtable who is an artist, poet and a DJ. Together they’re revealing the Kenzo x H&M tiger print jersey is mega cool and a pair of knitted sock boots.
Makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench is from London and she’s rocking the oversized leather jacket with pink faux Shearling lining and matching tiger print jerset rollneck top.
Oko Ebombo is based in Paris and is the front man of the band 19. How cool does he look in his parka and tiger print jeans?
One thing’s for sure this collection isn’t for the shy and retiring types.
Kenzo was taken over by Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, the founders of New York cool kid label Opening Ceremony, five years ago. Since then they’ve invigorated the brand injecting a youthful spirit and a sense of fun. It’s colourful, energetic and peppered with bold prints, worn by Jourdan Dunn, Rihanna and Gisele. Expect to see an influx of Kenzo’s tiger motif everywhere come November.
“With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of Kenzo to everyone around the world,” says Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, Kenzo’s creative directors.
“We can’t wait to share with everyone the world of Kenzo x H&M, with all of its creativity, fun and love of fashion,” says Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M.
