It looks like Tyga is finally beginning to take his financial matter seriously. After months of back and forth, the rapper finally settled with his landlord after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
“The case got settled. Tyga paid,” the property owner’s lawyer Boris Treyzon told Us Weekly. “It’s been executed and everything has been performed. We expect things to get back to the way they were. We will inform the court that the settlement has been reached and that all parties are satisfied.”
A judge issued an arrest warrant for the rapper, who owed the property owner more than $400,000 after falling behind on rent after he failed to show up in court for a deposition. Instead of showing up to court, the rapper opted to fly to Turks and Caicos with girlfriend Kylie Jenner for her 19th birthday.
Jenner’s family was rumored to be livid with the rapper, believing the arrest warrant would tarnish their reputation, so it should come as no surprise that the issue was settled as soon as he touched down in L.A.
For now, Jenner’s reputation and $200,00 birthday Maybach are safe and sound.
